1. Once fully completed, submit the form above
2. Upon receipt we will email a confirmation of your provisional booking and show the dates as provisionally booked on our website
3. We will then pop in the post, a confirmation of your reservation and a booking form
4. Upon receipt we request that you return your booking form along with a 25% deposit
5. Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit we will confirm acceptance in writing
6. We will invoice you for the balance plus the £200 security deposit 8 weeks prior to your departure

If you pay for a “welcome meeting” Myreen will arrange a convenient time to speak with you, this normally works out best on their first visit to maintain the pool but if you would prefer to see her sooner, say your second day please let us know.
If you pay for an “extra villa clean” this is will be carried out on a Wednesday between 8am and 11am. The villa will be cleaned and all towels and linen changed. Please note: The villa is always cleaned and prepared one week after your arrival between 9 - 11am
If you pay for a “welcome food pack” this will be waiting for you inside the villa. All items requiring refrigeration will be in the fridge.

Please note: The pool is maintained every Sunday, Wednesday & Friday. Our representatives will arrive between the hours of 8am and 11am and should spend less than one hour treating the pool. The pool can normally be used again shortly after.
Your arrival time is from 15.00 on Sunday (can be flexible on dates), and you should leave around 10.30 on the morning of your departure. We can often make provisions for you to leave your cases at the villa should you arrive while the villa is still be cleaned during the change over period.
